*One credit to be used toward 1 Group Class or Open Gym. No refunds.
*Get a 10% Discount when you pre-pay for 6 months or more in advance. Applies to our Unlimited membership only. No refunds for unused time.
*10% Family Discount for 2 or more people from the same household.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 7 day written notice via email for cancellation of your autopay membership. Any requests made within the 7-day period will still be charged and you will have the benefit of your membership for that month.
Holds:
You can put your account on hold for 14 days or longer. We require 7 day notice of your request to put your account on Hold. Maximum of 2 months in a calendar year. We do not accept retroactive requests.
